This New 31" Poly Windmills are made from recycled milk jugs. This product has prove to be very durable and stain resistant. The bottom base opening is approximately 7 1/4 in diameter but as it tapers up it is approximately 3 inches . Overall this windmill is 31 inches to the top of the blade. This windmill is maintenance free you will never have to paint it because the color is in the materials. Color Beige and white.
